How do I subscribe?
Visit standards.vet/pricing and select Veterinary Student on the occupation page.
Select Get Started to fill out your account details.
After you submit your account details, SheerID will review your student status. You'll receive an email about the outcome, which may include a link to complete your subscription if you're approved. Check your spam or junk folder for this email.
How do I renew?
Our system automatically sends a verification request to SheerID 14 days before your renewal date to confirm your enrollment. This happens in the background, and you don't need to do anything if verification succeeds.
When auto-verification succeeds, your subscription automatically renews, and you don't need to take any action.
What happens if auto-verification fails?
If auto-verification fails, you'll see an in-app prompt with three options:
Re-Verify: Upload updated documentation to manually confirm your student status.
I've Graduated: Indicates you're no longer a student and stops the re-verification process.
Cancel Renewal: Your subscription expires at the end of your current term and won't renew.
Why might auto-verification fail?
Auto-verification can fail if the documentation on file is out of date or missing required information. This is common and doesn't mean you're ineligible. Submit updated documentation, and SheerID will process it.
What if I'm graduating?
