Toolbar
From the toolbar, you can start a search, access features like diagnostic and treatment monographs and the interaction checker, view and edit your notes, access favorites, convert and calculate dosages, and share client handouts.
This toolbar stays with you so you can easily jump between features or start a new search.
💡Tip
Don’t see the toolbar? On smaller screens, it automatically collapses to give you more room. To expand, click on the three lines in the top left corner of your screen. See the example below.
Search
Search is the fastest way to find what you’re looking for in Plumb’s. Type a drug name (generic or trade) into the search bar.
Results will automatically appear once you enter 3 or more characters. Once results appear, you can filter by content type (eg, Drugs, Handouts, Appendix) or keep typing to narrow your results.
Features
You’ll find all your Plumb’s features on the toolbar. If you’re in the mobile app, tap Features at the bottom of your screen.

Tools
The Tools section is where you’ll find client handouts you’ve selected for sharing, your notes, and the conversion calculator.
Favorites
Do you find yourself referencing the same monographs or handouts frequently? Skip the search. Click the blue star icon to add something to your favorites list. Click All Favorites to sort your favorites by content type (eg, Drugs, Drug Handouts).
As long as you have your sign in details, you can access your favorites from any internet-connected device, whether you sign in on a browser like Google Chrome or from the mobile app.
Account
Your Account menu is your personal hub for managing your account information, including billing, profile information, and account details like your email and password.
To access, click on the Account icon in the top right corner of your browser screen.
Using the mobile app? Click on the three-line menu in the top left corner of your screen.
Profile
Manage your personal information, like email address, name, mailing address, and occupation details.
Subscription Details
From here, you can review and update your billing information and view your account status, renewal date, and invoices. You can also upgrade your subscription and add new users from your Subscription Details page.
💡Tip
Don’t see Subscription Details in your Profile menu? You’re most likely part of a group plan. If you have questions about billing, contact your practice manager or group administrator.
Get Help
Access all of our help and learning resources by clicking the question mark icon in the top right of your home page and selecting Help Center from the drop-down menu. If you’re using the mobile app, tap the three-line menu in the top left corner of your screen and select Help Center.
