What warnings are available now and in the future?

Updated over 10 months ago

The drug interaction checker currently provides guidance on drug combinations that are contraindicated or should only be prescribed with caution and enhanced monitoring. In cases where a drug is safe for a dog but unsafe for a cat, there is text indicating this difference within the drug interaction description to alert the user. Where possible, there is information regarding washout times between drugs and a timeframe for administering a drug that affects the absorption of another.
